Our customers have the right to backtrack on the sale and return the product within 14 natural days. This term will expire on the 14 natural days of the day the product has been received by the customer. After the expiration of the 14day deadline it is presumed that the product was promptly delivered to the customer and satisfied the customer and thus we retain the right to refuse to return or replace it.
Our customers have the right to return our products in the following cases:
1) DEFECTIVE or WRONG PRODUCT OR ORDER
a. The product is defective (Its clearly broken and unusable)
b. The Product received is totally different from the order. (Requested Product A Received Product B)
Customer has the right to request replacement of the defective or wrong product and to receive a new product depending of the product availability. We are not liable in case the product is not available.
In case the product is not available, or the customer does not wish to request replacement, the customer has the right to request a refund for the total amount of the order.
As an alternative, the customer has the right to request for a Store Credit equal to the amount of the defective product or of the wrong order. That right is granted to the customers within the time frame of 14 natural days, as analyzed before.
2) PRODUCT DOESN'T FIT THE EXPECTATIONS:
a. Customer simply want a change for another product or return it.
b. Patterns and/or colors have some variations according with the picture.
c. Material quality is not exactly what customer wants
Havana Rose has the discretion to refund the customer or offer a discount code for part of the of the value of the product in exchange for the customer keeping the item, therefore avoiding possible shipping and customs costs.
CONDITIONS TO APPLY FOR A CHANGE OR RETURN
i. To exercise the right to change or return the product, you must initiate the process only through Change and Return Form provided in our website No refund or return requests will be accepted by email, chats or any other method.
ii. No refund or return requests will be accepted after 14 natural days for any reason.
iii. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
iv. We'll refund only to the same payment method from where customer originally pay.
v. Refund or Changes will be executed once we receive back the product from the customer
vi. The following products will not be accepted for return for ay reason:
-discounted products and offers,
-socks and stockings,
-in general, items that are used, damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags
vii. After we sent the refund confirmation to the customer, the refund can take between 7 to 15 business days to be reflected on your account statement.
viii. It is not accepted for any reason return of a product that the customer by their own volition was sent to the address found on the original box or bag without prior request for return through the Change and Return Form provided in our website.
ix. It is not accepted for any reason the return of a product to the address found on the original box or bag. The product will be shipped only to the address provided to the customer by our Customer Service. x. The original shipment costs are not refundable for any reason.
